you consider using an Elk Peak Performance Contractor to
install your new Elk roof.
The Elk Peak Performance Contractor program consists of
two levels: Rainier and Everest. Both Rainier and Everest
contractors can offer homeowners a 10-Year Umbrella Coverage
Upgrade on Prestique and Raised Profile products. Everest
contractors can also offer a 15-Year Umbrella Coverage
Upgrade on Prestique, Prestique GrandDomain Winslow,
Raised Profile and Capstone products. Both upgrades include
an allowance for tear-off labor in the event of a manufacturing
defect that affects the performance of the shingle. In
order for upgrade to be valid, the roofing installed by
your Peak Performance Contractor must consist solely of
Elk products as to the starter strip, field shingles, and
hip and ridge shingles.

Standard Umbrella Coverage for Prestique and Raised Profile
is 5 years of non-prorated coverage offering materials
and application labor in the event of a defect in materials
or manufacturing workmanship that affects the performance
of your Elk shingles (10 years for Capstone). See terms

What does it take to earn one of these marks of professionalism?
Rainier Level
• Maintain a 90% customer satisfaction
rating
• Successfully complete a 50-question, multiple-choice exam
about ARMA standards and Elk products
• Proof of liability insurance
• Proof of workman's comp insurance (if required locally)
• A clean business history as determined by the Better Business
Bureau?, state licensing board or Attorney General's office
Everest Level
• All of the Rainier level requirements
• Have been in business for at least 5 years or have completed
at least 1 year at the Rainier level
