Following are signs that it’s time to call RWR for a FREE inspection:
1. Dark, dirty-looking areas on your roof. Possible causes may be fungus or algae growth, loss of granules due to aging shingles, or environmental pollutants.
2. Missing, cracked or curled shingles. Indications they may be near the end of their useful life.
3. Excessive energy costs. This could be the result of insufficient attic ventilation, and cause your heating/cooling to run overtime.
4. Stains on interior ceilings. Aging underlayment or excessive drainage may result in leaks.
5. Blistering and/or peeling of outside paint. This can be caused by excessive moisture or high humidity due to poor attic ventilation.
6. Leakage in attic after driving rain. Again, insufficient underlayment or deteriorating flashing may be the root of your problems, and can be repaired inexpensively.
7. Roof shingle, sheathing, or siding decay. Another important reason to have RWR perform a FREE evaluation of ventilation.
